1 Scope
1.1 General
1.1.1 This Standard covers point of use solids and grease collection devices intended for residential and commercial applications and specifies requirements for materials, physical characteristics,
performance testing, and markings.
1.1.2 This Standard covers a standalone point of use solids and grease collection devices, but it may also be used in conjunction with a larger centralized grease interceptor downstream when required by the code or the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
