1 Scope
1.1 General
1.1.1 This Standard covers stainless steel sinks with integrated grease and solids recovery devices intended for commercial and residential kitchen applications and specifies requirements for materials, physical characteristics, performance testing, and markings.
1.1.2 This product is intended to be used in conjunction with grease interceptors when required by the code or the AHJ, and is not a replacement for grease interceptors or does it affect the sizing of grease interceptors.
