The 2018 edition of the North Dakota Plumbing Code (NDPC) is the first custom plumbing code published for the state of North Dakota and represents the most current approaches in the plumbing field. This code is the 2018 Edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC®) embedded with the North Dakota amendments. The North Dakota amendments are identified in bold italic print with margin markings. The NDPC is designed to provide consumers with safe and sanitary plumbing systems while, at the same time, allowing latitude for innovation and new technologies.
