Scope : Toxicity Report must include list of all materials in liquid (potable water) path as follows: (a) Manufacturer's Part Number (b) Manufacturer's Part Name (c) Material Trade Name (Type) (d) Supplier's Name (e) Supplier's Compound Number (f) USFDA Certification, Certification to NSF 61, Copper Development Association (CNA) #'s (Brass/Bronze, or Material Safety Data Sheet.
